start background first
u chosen out great colors combine in stunning scene, but sea could use bit more work on details, Could use surface shine over it as some detailed small waves as well some sea life. (sea birds or shells.)

sky is perfect in its own self , soft clouds and sun.. lovely job.

chara of scene nicely detailed. fur and shape.
But ur lacking shine and shadow detail around character could add great effect to picture, angle sun on back give dark shadows to front chara.
